This product has been specifically designed to cover travellers focussed on only travelling around Australia and New Zealand. The policy only covers medical treatment, in Australia, when you have registered with Medicare, and used Medicare services, and in New Zealand at state medical facilities. Therefore it is important that, on your arrival in Australia, you register with Medicare as soon as possible. This policy will not cover a ‘stop-over’ of more than two days in total outside Australia and New Zealand.

This cover is available for travellers aged between 16 and 40 years plus their children if taking a family policy.
